AZ Lab, akran zorbalığını yalnızca bir “davranışsal sorun” olarak değil, gelişimsel, duygusal, sosyal ve ekolojik boyutları ve sonuçları olan çok yönlü bir olgu olarak ele alan, bilimsel temelli, önleyici ve dönüştürücü bir araştırma ve uygulama laboratuvarıdır.

Temel amacı, A'dan Z'ye kadar çocuklar ve ergenler için güvenli, kapsayıcı ve psikolojik olarak destekleyici sosyal ortamlar oluşturmaya katkıda bulunacak bilgi, araçlar ve müdahale modelleri geliştirmektir.

Launching Prevention & Intervention Programs about Bullying

AZ Lab provides comprehensive support throughout the implementation of bullying prevention and intervention programs in schools. From initial training sessions for staff and administrators to ongoing coaching and feedback, we ensure that programs are launched effectively and integrated seamlessly into school culture. Our team works alongside educators to adapt evidence-based strategies to local contexts, providing the tools, resources, and continuous support needed to sustain momentum and efficacy of programs.
